We are a community practicing mindfulness in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh. We begin each practice session with silent sitting meditation, followed by walking meditation and a sangha topic of the week. We may listen to dharma talks, practice Touching the Earth, engage in Dharma Discussions, chant, and engage in other activities to strengthen our mindfulness practice. On the last Thursday of each month, we rotate study and recitation of the Five Mindfulness Trainings and the Fourteen Mindfulness Trainings of the Order of Interbeing.
